        I actually did get a buzz from the both the booze donations I recieved and the 2 I bought myself. (by the way, Mystic, Jenna and I have decided we owe you a meal sometime).

        Glad I made the effort to be social. There was a good crowd last night, however, I'm really tired after all the driving then going to work today. (my head doesn't ache, just everything else).

              Explain to me where you got the impression that I was into fancy grub? You apparently have forgotten that I mentioned several times in conversation last night where I grew up. Fancy there was the Sunday fried chicken dinner. Most of the time we had soup beans and cornbread. I'm just a country girl with a city girl heart and attitude. My tastes are simple (look who I share living space with). Doesn't have to be fancy or totally healthy, just filling. I would rather the company than some fancy schmancy dinner concoction, missy!

                  E, he refers to her as "my" cat, but he calls her puppy, she comes to him, loves on him, lets him pet her and snuggles with him, chases him every morning playing with him and has very little to do with me unless her food is empty, water is empty or her litterbox needs cleaning. You sure you wanna feed Mystic? He belches more than Shatter does!

                  By the way, Shatter, DM rocked last night. Loved it. Back room felt nice and was so wonderfully unstuffy too. Work in progress babe!

                    Well, feeding was what we came up with since he doesn't drink (or we'd reciprocate with booze).

                    As to what we talked about last night; what is this a quiz? You can't expect me to come out, socialize and then actually remember things later. *rolls eyes*

            This is funny.... my pretty vanilla much younger brother might go to the next Sat DM with me. The hours of operation appealed to his sense of getting wasted. Apparently, I would be the driver. Hope it happens because I want to see what he thinks and he never comes out with me (12 year age differance).

              Just tell any timid vanillas types that Die Maschinen is a lot like a Rock/Metal concert in between bands around the lobby/bar area.

              I think it's close enough for them to grasp without the freaking out factor.

                lol... no, my brother knows what I'm into, as I disclosed my bdsm'ness to he and my mom. Just so they had a clue, and I didn't have to pussy-foot around it all the time, my mom was a rocker-hippy chick after all.

                They took a look at Fakirs, Spirit & Flesh after I did my branding and piercing courses, and I think he now thinks that everyone does that shit all the time or everyday. haha... this is the kid that breaks bones on a regular schedual (such a bottom in the closet). I've tried to explain that the vast majority of people are rather like me, so don't be freaked and "I'll protect you." *snark*

                Anyway, the longer bar time may sway him, but I'm not holding my breath. It's that fucking Sonoma County vortex thing again. In my own family no less. *sigh*
